In a post a while ago (can't find the relevant one, though) reference was made to being able to download a pdf file from this website.

Yes, you can...and at a fiver you can't complain...only don't try to print it out 'cos you can't.

You need a password to print it out. I asked for one and was told 'you can't print it out'.

I queried this and was told 'it's clearly explained on the website'. Having scoured the site, I asked 'where exactly' and was directed to having to click a '+' titled 'book breakdown'. Now that is really obvious.

So I just wonder what other duplicitous things they get up to.

On a positive note, once I had pointed out that the information regarding printing was not that obvious, they are going to update their website to make it clearer and are sending me a complimentary copy in the post.

So hats off to them for excellent customer service

Roger you could have done a screen print. I've got a super software program called capital express, used to even use it on an old adobe photoshop demo that wouldnt let you save and it worked.

Tried that...the quality of the diagram text was so poor as to be unusable.

Do you like this?

Yes..that's very good and I'd be interested to know how it copes with my pdf file. Can I email you an extract from the pdf and let you see what your program can do with it?
