that's social engineering at its best - the guy is excellent and able to get the customer service to do something they would never normally agree to. Wonder if he asked them to name their first pet -you know, the one you named after your first school and mothers maiden name

Got my pedant hat on here Smudger . Asda are not open 24 hrs on Sat/Sun, so that statement is correct
