You'd probably be better off asking this question on the 'Buying Advice' board because people there have more experience with table saws. The maxim about getting what you pay for certainly applies to this sort of heavy duty machinery and I daresay that a £38 saw might not be the bargain it appears to be at first sight. If you're cutting plywood, you may also require a special blade to prevent tearout.
Although I've got a Kity 419 table saw, as a scroller I find my bandsaw does everything I need and takes up less floor space.
