Table saw upgrades?

i've recently purchased a Einhell TC-TS 210, and I'm struggling with the fence. Could be my incompentence, or could be the included part is just rubbish and needs upgraded.

Anyway, it just don't seem very flexible or easy to adjust, so I think I probably need to consider other options.

Any suggestions?
