T11 collets

Hi all,
I've got a few different collets for my T11 but can't for the life of me work out how to get the nut off the one that's currently in there so I can change to a different collet.
Any pointers ??

Just pull hard. They are held in with a circular spring clip.

The collet is split at 90*'s in the nut. So squeeze collet and pull apart from nut. If that sounds clear.

Got it out with a gentle tap with hammer - remarkably easy in the end.

Steve - that's got to be a first. Women normally complain that some things happen too quickly

I bought a spare nut for the different collet maybe a bit extreme but quick and easy to change!

If I recall correctly these collets are the same as ER engineering collets. There are instructions on how to fit them here http://www.craftsmanindustries.com/assembly.htm
