I am pleased to post further to this thread.

I have received a superb cutting gauge from both Pete Maddex and a quality mitre gauge from Mr.P.

cutting gauge a quality piece from Pete maddex.

And the marking gauge from Mr. P. also a quality tool.

So thanks to all members who looked at this post and the above for their generosity.

Received a hand written letter in the post today, bit unusual I thought and low and behold it was a book of 1st class stamps from Devonwoody.
