Hi all,
I’m going to have a look at a Startrite TA1250 saw at the weekend and could just do with a bit of advice if possible please. I’m upgrading from a crappy old saw bench and this looks like it would fit the bill. However, I’ve never been anywhere near one of these and this one has been stripped down for storage so I won’t be able to see it all put together and working. Seller days it is complete, so what I really need to know is what parts should I be looking for as regards the sliding table and saw in general ? Mitre guages, flip over stops - that kind of thing, that I suspect will be expensive and hard to come by if not with it.
