Forgive me for asking here as I'm not a buyer, but I have the chance to acquire one of these local to me I don't know much about them apart from the fact that they are English and a vintage machine. Can I assume they're good as a result ? They look solid and I'm guessing they last well ?

Sorry about the late reply’s, loads of work to finish. Pillar drill is now sold to a lorry driver which delivered a load of timber to us early this morning!
