Stanley 4 1/2. The steelwork is clean as a whistle - even the threaded rods have no rust. Everything screws down tight, adjusts as it should and I don't think the iron has ever been ground. It has a chromed wheel and alloy nuts, but it has beech handles which I would clean up and linseed, but if you choose not to that's up to you. Nothing missing. It's a beauty.
