The spot weld remover only has a cutting edge on the tip not the sides, it would be like using a twist drill in a router :shock:

Ok, I accept that Jason, just thought that if it was HSS the Lands might be sharp enough.

Actually chas it does say milling as well, I just looked at the heading, and was going by what I know of spot weld removing drills. Does not actually say what metal it is but HSS is quite likely.

The throw away three flute end millsare also worth thinking about.

They would appear a better bet than the small diameter router cutters that snap off at the slightest excuse, and down to 1.5mm or 1/16!

Stick to the imperial ones unless you have a 6mm collet to fit the shank :!:
