Went into Lidl the other day to get a cycle helmet for my 7 year old Grandson for when he comes down at Easter.
While I was in there I saw they had a gadget that fixed to your bicycle that gave you Speed, distance travelled, average speed and 7,000 other bits of information and as I do a little cycling myself thought I'd buy one.
Fixed it to my bicycle programed it and went out for a run.
I was out for 10 minutes and had covered 385 miles at a speed of 78 mph with a top speed of 104mph.
I think I'd best wait for my 7 year old Granson to program it for me.

Either that, or you should be riding in the Tour de France!

I know the hills in wales can be steep but hell thats fast

just think how much it would have read if you had cycled it instead of going out for a run.
