I was at British Hardwoods yesterday buying some Oak, excellent outfit ! NOTE — best to call before travelling to make sure they have what you want, they don’t stockpile standard cut timber, even though it’s on their web site you need to order it in advance. There is however a very useful “off cut” store where you can often find what you need.
