Hi all,

Just to let you know that there is a special offer on a set of 10 Narex bevel Edge chisels at Lee Valley.

You have to order on, or before, the 8th August and you get a 10 chisel set for 85 USD. You have to pay carriage etc. but it is still an excellent deal. UPS Express is 5-6 business days and costs 32.95 USD.

Oh, it is an imperial set.

That works out at £72 give or take a few pence.

Does that include tax or import duties?

You can buy a metric set in this country for £99 + Postage so a good saving.

No, but I've only once had to pay import duty.

It's a bit of a gamble - the last time I imported stuff from LV I got charged.
I also got charged a £12 handling fee for about $18 worth of pen refills!
