I have a Sorby slicer and handle that I don't use any more (replaced with a more complete coring system).
Looking at this Sorby page it's items RS202 and RS205
There are a few scuff marks on the shaft but the tip is still in good condition and sharp.
It can be used for coring cones and as a strong parting tool.
Anyone interested for £45 + P&P (£6.50 within UK)
