Yup. It's been a long while since last I posted here. I've been lurking from work when possible with little time to do more than scan what people are talking about. I finally am getting back to the important things in life, like tools.
Way to long ago, Paul Womack sent to me two PDF files from the journal Work, 1889, Vol. 1. Unfortunately, I've been so caught up in family Estate stuff that I neglected a whole lot of things, including getting these really fascinating articles online. I have seen the errors of my ways and posted both PDF files to the website.
Reading these will make you want to break out your tools and make more tools.
A Mitre Block and How To Make It, by David Denning. Work, 1889
Home-Made Tools by J.H., E.P.W., Bert and A Foreman Pattern Maker, Work, 1889
In addition, I've added a feature or two to the website, an RSS feed option and an email update option, both through Feedburner. The overall design of the site is changing, yet again, as I work on streamlining things (for me) and getting ready to set up subdomains as the parent site gets a bit too large.
