Hi,
I wondered if this might interest anyone as a project before it goes on Ebay. A small metalwork lathe. It doesn't come with a motor but I do have the countershaft pully assembly up in the loft. I recently had it running using 500w DC motor and variable speed drive but progress on that stopped after I bought an old but virtually unused Myford from a friend.
I acquired it from a friend as a swap and it was part restored before I got it. It has a faceplate about 6" dia as well as 3 and 4 jaw chucks, a tailstock chuck, some change wheels etc. It does need a handle to operate the leadscrew clamp nut, I was in the process of making one not sure where it is.
I cannot say what model it is. The closest I can find is this: http://www.lathes.co.uk/randa/index.html
£100 collected from South Derbyshire. Please feel free to ask questions about it if interested. A small lathe makes a useful addition to any workshop as I have already found with my Myford.
regards
Colin
