Small Dust extraction hood

Hi,
Does anyone know where i can buy a small rectangle dust extraction hood similar to this, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Big-Mouth-Dus ... Sw5cNYJHcJ
BUT I need one no bigger than 6" wide x 5" not bothered about hose diameter hole as i can make an adaptor. I tried Rutlands but no luck and couldn't find any on Axminsters site.
