Small (8mm ish) dia 1/4 shank top bearing router bit needed?

Im after something like this -

for a one off job. Doesnt need to be fancy.

I need 12mm or less cutting depth, but 8mm or less cutting diameter. The trend one above is 9.5 diameter, but would otherwise do.

I see that it's the top bearing that is causing the problem, loads at that size but the bearing is at the bottom.

Could you use a standard straight flute cutter and use the shank as the bearing surface? So an 8mm cutter with 8mm shank or a 6.3mm cutter with a 1/4 shank.
 
Possibly, thank you. I'll have a think about it, and then maybe spend the £33 anyway!
