Sketchup Crashing consistently.

Bit annoying this. I enter some text on the drawing ..not related to the model. I want to enlarge the text so I select it. Then rt-click to get Entity Info. Then go to the Entity Info window to select font size 18 and BINGO.. Wretched thing crashes. Consistently. I've disable OpenGL hardware acceleration but no improvement.

Just tried that here and no problems. Same if you try a different font?

Reinstall over the top of the current version (making sure you save any bespoke settings).

(That being one option for software in general rather specific to Sketchup / this problem.)

Have you tried the reinstall yet? If not, hold off a bit if you can. Let me check a couple of things.

What font are you using? Have you tried changing the font size via Model Info>Text?
