I'm reluctant to hijack Mike's thread, but I thought a Poll would be an efficient way of expressing interest.

Who is going and when? I plan to go Sunday, as I'll be getting home from Barcelona in the early hours of Saturday and I really don't think I could face a quick turnaround.

My wife, (Sheela) and I will be going on Sat & Sun. I am also hoping to meet some of the forums members of which I met non at the Westonbirt show.

;D Yeah - my thinking is they'll be more comfortable than the ones I've got now with splinters woven in.
(Slight downside of having the bench in the bedroom :roll: )

CHT is perhaps the obvious though most dangerous place to meet
Left Dave's bash clutching a cool little UKW badge - but just look for a bad haircut (5 guineas a pop! Extortionate! And spend thrift that I am, I go as often as twice a year!)

Friday for me if I go, but I do have the day off already booked
Saturday it's an Ickworth house wood fair (in Suffolk).
Sunday it's the Lola parade in Huntingdon.

Not rest for me this weekend...

:?: What should I be expecting from going to the show? I do want to pick up a good coping saw and maybe some cabinet scrapers. But apart from the buying bit, are the demonstrations good to watch and the master classes?
