self ejecting mt3

Hi!

I have an old lathe (+30 years) it uses a morse taper #3 on the headstock, i was looking to buy a new one, but there is no hole trough the spindle...so you can't tap it out. stock one is a little bit bigger and has a small threaded portion and a nut so you can eject it out...is there anything like that on the market?
lathe factory doesn't exist anymore and there are no accessories left.
