Hi, I've zeroed in buying a Sealey 155B bench pillar drill, however the vendor or the sales clerk seems to know if the table tilts. The advertising blurb is silent, but the downloaded parts list show an "arm, table cw Scale" and refers to "table tilt" in the operating instructions! Can anybody in our fraternity shed any light on this mystery?

Hi TAL@48b,

Welcome to the forum. :D

Looking at the details I found that’s a well specified machine, but I have no idea if the table tilts.

If you get one maybe you could post a review so we all know?

by definition almost all pillar drill tables tilt from left to right, certainly the cheap and nasties from the sheds tilt in that way.

question is what do you want to do???

one drill which looks good by offering a drill head which moves in and out, and also the head tilts, is the rexon one. not sure of the model, but looks good in the catalogue.

paul
