Scheppach drive belt comes off.

I have a brand new Scheppach 350w 200m table top band saw. I have a problem with the drive belt that keeps jumping off the drive wheel taking the blade with it. I have tried various different tensions but the problem persists. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

I’ve 0 experience with your machine but as you say it’s brand new then under warranty I assume? I’d be calling scheppach and getting their advice as it sounds like the wrong belt or something is not set up correctly..
