saw problem

I have a problem with my panel saw. The saw always used to stop in about 8 seconds and over the last few months has started to take longer to stop its now at about 16 seconds which is over the 10 seconds allowed. I dont know much about electrics and wondered if anyone could tell me if its likely to be a problem with the motor itself or the electronics on the saw. The scoring saw stops in about 4 seconds. The saw is 3 phase.

The saw is about 8 years old so is fully compliant with the CE regs it is spanish made and i cant find the manual.

The scoring doesn't have to be braked and I'm surprised it stops so quickly, it seems to take ages on mine.
Hopefully someone will be along with some useful information shortly, but it sound like a control issue to me.
