Sash windows needed

I need a couple of new timber sash windows for my extension, supply only.

They need to:

• Meet current building regs (obvs)
• Have reasonable lead time (six weeks or less)

Anyone here interested, or can you recommend a good supplier? I'm in Surrey.

Asking for "cheap" is not a good idea! An instant put-off to anybody who knows how to do the job.

I know, it was tongue in cheek, hence the qualification after, however to avoid confusion I have removed that requirement!
