I have found the following product, ideal for holding/clamping scroll sawed parts together when gluing up etc.

Stainless Steel clothes pegs, you get two lots of forty pegs for just £9.99.

You keep forty and give forty to the long haired boss, so you get brownie points plus a set of very useful small clamps, every ones a winner.
