I have been in contact with them and got a reply within an hour reassuring me my order should be ready soon, they were just waiting on a delivery so all seems okay.

I have used them via mail order. I ordered some Cherry and Tulipwood. I have no complaints and due to some unsightly sapwood they sent a bit extra so I was very pleased when it arrived.

Would definitely use them again.
