Can anybody help me solve a problem im having with my Ryobi ETS 1825 table saw some times when i switch on it chatters and the speed rises and falls then it clears up runs ok then dose it again i have replaced the brushes and cleaned the segments on the rotor but i wonder if enough i read about scraping with an old piece of hacksaw blade but should the gaps be below the circumference of the copper creating an air gap between copper segments . Also the saw has a soft start system and am wondering is this at fault as there are no sparking and flashing visible on rotor and brushes which are visible from the housing normally you see a lot of sparking when brushes and rotor need servicing any help would be appreciated from anyone Thank you
