Well just got my shop / bar stool delivered and assembled, very happy, and despite whatever they might claim about RRP and sales, it was a good price anyway at £26.

And a box of 36 white China brushes for a tenner, can't complain.

I think rutlands have some interesting products and the sales emails are very professional as is their photography.

I do think its a shame that their marketing strategy is misleading sales promotions and misleading pricing. It is course very much in line with the current sales culture in all manner of sectors, supermarkets, energy tariffs, broadband, mortgages, mobile contracts, insurance. I get fed up with all the research that as a consumer needs to be done to avoid getting ripped off.......
