Rustic design

Here we have a rustic table which is a slice of something like alder with the natural edge and turned likes. It is quite time consuming to get a smooth finish but satisfying fitting the legs and seeing the finished job. Also used to do rustic fencing and garden features. Rustic is still very popular around the world. I am working on vaious design projects at the moment combining rustic with a modern contemporary look. Any other rustics out there?
