Moaning again !!!!

Was sending a blade back to Mike FD so he could contact the manufacturer regarding problem of blade length .

Went on Royal Mail site to purchase and print off label etc as we don't have a PO near us , the cost was £2.15 BUT I had to pay £3.50 to top up my account????? Decided something was amiss . So my wife took package to next village Post Office ----- cost 97p

Now I know why they are shutting so many Post Offices

I took a parcel to the post office recently to send a few things I had made for a customer. It weighed just under 2 kilos and they wanted £18 to send it. I declined and got in touch with My Hermes and they picked up from my place and it was delivered the next day for £4-75, now theres a saving. Don't think I will be sending many things through the post office.

Royal Mail has become a rip-off since they upped their pricing and size alterations/limitations prior to them going for their IPO !
In my opinion, this was done to make them look more profitable (at the expense of their customers) before they floated on the stock market.
Like Geoff, I won't use Royal Mail unless I'm FORCED to !
