Wanted Router plane

Total newbie to router planes here, so wanting one just to have a play really if anyone has a spare one or one they don’t use any more.

I wish you luck, they're hard to find cheap. I got all my planes second hand at very reasonable prices, but my Record router plane was the one tool I paid a lot for (about 100£).

There's an unused router plane in me workshop but I'll only sell it with all the blades in a case, the fence and the adjustable-width double knife for marking out channels for stringing and banding - all Veritas items. However, you have to buy the lot and it won't be cheap, although significantly less than buying them all new.

A bargain - for an everyday router plane user doing lots of precise channel-digging whilst eschewing a motored tool.

MInd, as soon as I sell it I'll suddenly have a project that needs the bluddy thing. (Sod's Law 43b).

Tbh, I was slightly suspicious of buying from Bangood, but the whole thing went totally smoothly with VAT receipt and fast shipping.
I have an old record one already but wanted 2, so I could keep one set at final thickness, the depth drop on the old records and Stanley’s is more of a suggestion. The hongdui is very good quality and the depth stop us way superior, indeed everything about the tool is better than the record. I am very pleased with it
