I am after a 1",1 1/4",& 1 1/2" Robinson Hall Firmer Chisels. Preferably in little used condition. Send us a photo if you can help. Paypal would be the easiest option for payment.

swagman,
Blimey, you're hoping aren't you!
Pretty rare items, I have had literally hundreds of old chisels and as far as I can remember I've only had two R Halls and then not in the large sizes.
I will let you know though....
Cheers,
Martin

Thanks Martin. Appreciate your help. 1" is the chisel most needed.

Regards Swagman.

swagman,
Should you ever come across an early Stanley D Pattern Socketed BE Chisel in the 1" size I would be a very strong buyer of it as mine got broken accidentally and it ruins my complete set that have beautiful rosewood handles, (courtesy of Chas).
Cheers,
Martin

Swagman,
They just say Stanley D USA on the socket, very similar to the 750 series and one of those would do at a pinch until the right one comes along!
These are the chisels that LN used as a basis for theirs.
I'd love it if you could find one. 8)
Cheers,
Martin
Any particular reason you like RH chisels?

Swagman,
Many thanks for the link, just what I am after, I have the new rosewood handle for it waiting!
I think the handle on it is not right from the pic.
Don't know how that slipped under my permanent search query?
Cheers,
Martin
