Replacement tyres for Elektra Beckum BAS 315, any cheap alternative.?

In the world of find it cheaper and make it work do we have any alternatives to the £30+ post for two rubber bands ?

I know Michael Klein, about two hours north of me, who has a business rebuilding, restoring, and repairing the full line of Elektra Beckum machines. He has the BAS 315 tire bands for €7 each, plus shipping, but I don't know if he ships to the UK now.
