Replacement Jet air filtration remote

Would anyone know if you can buy a replacement remote for my Jet air filter?
I should have gone back to Axminster as soon as it started to play up. Now it's not working at all and that's after a battery change.

Your help would be appreciated.

I would try Axminster anyway. They have always been great with sorting out spares for me

Thanks for your replies... I didn't think of trying the buttons on the back! After your advice I got it going againwithout a remote!!!!

The infra-red remote control receiver on the PCB is part of the low voltage section, as are the control buttons on the air filter. As these switches are working correctly it suggests the problem more likely lies with the transmitter than the receiver.

If you have a digital camera you might be able to see if the invisible to the naked eye remote control LED signals are being transmitted by pointing the remote control at your camera lens, pressing a remote control button, and looking at your camera’s screen to see if the LED lights up.
