Since noone else has replied, you might find it useful to look at the related thread on the CL4. The CL0 is a very (very) stripped down version of the 4, but it has the same basic good and bad points. Good, it's a solid machine, well made as they pre-dated move to Far East and plenty of spares and modifications available as it has the 3/4 by 16 "standard" nose thread. Bad, it's only MT1 in the head and tailstocks and (I think) doesn't have the swivel head of the higher number lathes.
