Hi Guys,
I have recently bought a Record RPD58P pedestal drill, re-assembled at home and all fine except the table slips down the column.
The hand nut to secure it to the column is fully in before it starts to grip the column - should there be something (perhaps lost on the way home) between the end of the bolt and the column e.g. a ball bearing or some other gap filler?
I could bodge it but I am hoping someone just "knows".
Regards Paul
