I think it's important on forums like this to share our good experiences as well as the bad. I recently had a fault develop on my Record AC400 air cleaner. I had previously fitted a new PCB following the product safety recall on this product. Recently it started only working on low speed and sometimes cutting out after an hour or so's running even on low. I raised a ticket online with Record who quickly diagnosed the fault as a PCB issue. After a false start where the parts weren't dispatched, I received the replacement PCB with a filter set thrown in by way of apology the next day and we're all up and running again. I'm a repeat Record customer because of their good after sales support, the peace of mind is well worth having and it's great to deal with a company that looks after their customers.
