edit; I've just realised; did you follow those links? They're not to glossy new tools, they're to magnets, suitable for fishing in stud walls.

Veritas Apron Plane. Small, holds great in the hand, wonderful feel, and less expensive than their Low Angle Block plane.

I don't know how much it costs on your side of the pond, but for the record I like it so much that I sold my LN 60 1/2...

I have a LN 60 1/2for the workshop and a Stanley 60 1/2 for taking out to jobs.
