Rage 5S table saw - any good of but something else?

Need to buy a new table saw. Don't have much space and am completely new to woodwork. Want to be able to make boxes and possibly doll house for my granddaughter.
Would love to have a cabinet saw but don't know anything about them.
Any advice

As a novice for boxwork and making things like doll houses I would choose a bandsaw over a table saw personally. More experienced people than I will be along soon who will give more informed counsel.

Band saw. It is much safer to use, particularly for a novice, and will be better suited for doll house making, ie you can cut curves eg for arches and doorways.
