Printing from SU - fitting to one sheet.

Hi.

Another SU printing query.

I've got the hang of printing at 100% (thnaks to the tutorial on here) but for some reason whatever I try and print always lands up tiled over two sheets no matter how small the item is!

I was trying to print something the other day that was 30mm by 50mm and it was split over two pages! :evil: Moving the object around in the window does nothing.

Been a while since I did the printing 'how to' so this is a bit guesswork....

Sketchup prints the view you have on screen - empty space and all. Have the program windowed not full screen and resize it to the shape of your object... then zoom in so the object nearly fills the window. Then try printing.

If it still goes to 2 sheets then it might be the 'small' objects bug I came across before (small as in a few inches across). Try scaling it up 10x then printing at 1/10th scale to get full size.
