Precision ground flat stones - UK supplier?

No point in ultra flat stones as they would start becoming less so as fast as you used them.
If it's just for the usual then thin paper backed wet n dry, used very wet on plate glass or similar, is just the job. Made for it in fact. It sticks down very well once wet and you keep it flooded, but it's still easy to remove and replace.

I'm in Italy and recently bought this for a very reasonable price. Maybe try searching for Borletti granite in UK?

Please all. Stop posting surface and lapping plates.
Most have totally misunderstand what this thread is about.
These are abrasive stones that have been diamond ground to micron flatness, and can then be used to remove small dings and burrs from already flat machine tool surfaces without affecting their flatness.
It's quite interesting. Watch the videos.
