Yes I have but not very recently, bought quite a bit from them at one time, no probs and decent prices, its the web front of a very well established tool dealer on the East coast.
What was it that you were considering buying?

hmm after my recent terrible experience with tool-net.co.uk, I am wary of companies who seem to stock the ENTIRE range of practically every tool manufacturer. It seemed to me with tool-net that they stocked nothing at all and just ordered it direct from the manufacturer. I might be wrong.

On the upside, the circular saw I just bought is a tenner cheaper

Whooops. Actually It was toolshopdirect that I referred to. Si,ilar names caught me out.......So, no I have not used powertooldirect.well not until I looked at the site just now, ordered a new angle guide for a Scheppach Tiger 2500. because mine has got lost........

and Wizer, the "shop front" with everything available but nothing in stock is an industry standard, usually works better than the stocktake and visit to the cas 2n carry every week model. Sorry to hear about you bad deal with Tool-net, is it resolved now?
If run properly those are the best places to buy from, no massive property overheads, stock insurance and handling costs, just an agent that gets your stuff shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor.
Of course if a place is a main dealer then it has to have inventory to provide service.

It was the kreg master system i ordered 13 days ago, i have phoned them and got some cheeky young lad on the phone who said it would be posted next day, needless to say it has not arrived yet, i have emailed them i have raised a ticket and have yet to get any kind of response . Not very impressed at all if they didn't have it in stock surely an email or a phone call wouldn,t be asking to much.
