Hello dance,
Hay fever is a wretched affliction. I am on four Hayleave a day, but July is my worst month. (even worse than April)
My nose is streaming/blocked in spite of the pills. There is some ammelioration, but it soon wears off.
Many years ago I was tested at the Tropical school of medicine and a 'serum' was concocted.
I kept it at home with syringes, and visited the doc once a month for a ***. This is the only time that I have found
continued relief. Then several people had the temerity to die, so that system was discontinued. There has never been
anything since as good.....that's life.
I was no worse yesterday, so it may be a local irritant. Do you know the range of things that affect you? They might still
do testing if you push it with your doc.
At least you would know what sets you off. Vaseline on the linings of the nose can give some relief to some people.
Just a thought, did it rain yesterday where you are? This brings down the pollen/irritant with it, thus locally increasing the levels.
If you get so bad that breathing is difficult, try Ventolin from the docs, it helps me. The other thing is steam, we fitted a steam/shower
when revamping the bathroom This also gives relief when breathing is affected.
I don't know if that lot is of any help, but I can sure as hell empathise :?
Regards...****.
