Does anyone know where I could obtain one of these from?

Make one from a garden trowel ( cut down with a disc in an angle grinder ) and a pole.

Will this do? You will have to re-handle it. If not look for a blacksmith that makes log building tools. A bark spud is close and would need the sweep formed into it.

I like the page on that link..I knew Dictum..but didn't know they made those..a possibly spendy exploration may be in order.
