Planer/Thicknesser Upgrade

Looking to upgrade from my Record p/t 9 inch width.
Needs to be single phase and with plenty of 'grunt'.
I have tons of seasoned oak needing cupping etc removed.
Any recommendations/advice would be much appreciated.

Buy something with a Tersa block and fixed beds; my recommendation would be a Sedgwick.

I was thinking Sedgwick or Wadkin.
