I stumbled across this while reading an article about recycling left over paint - it might interest somebody in the Bristol area looking for a part time gig.

I'm not in the area so obviously couldn't apply, but can somebody explain the pay pro rata bit?

Pro rata just means in proportion; in this instance pro rata against full time equivalent hours so, weekly working 3 days out of 5, or 22.5 hrs out of 37 hrs, pay is (22.5/37) x £21.9k = £13.3k per annum

Ahh! Thought it was something like that.

It sounded like good money for a 22hr week. That makes more sense now.
