OT Latest project

Or maybe not so OT as it is mainly made of wood but not the normal sort of project posted here.

It is a fusion of my woodwork, metalwork and electrical skills and reflects my dislike of gardening as it keeps me out of the workshop!!

Hi Jake,

Like most prototypes, once built all sorts of improvements have come to mind but I have to say it is pretty effective and worked ok first time. It has done about half the work I have to do with it and I'll almost certainly break it down and put the bits back in the 'useful one day box' as it is quite bulky.

I reckon the stones 'grow' in our garden with many getting to the size of modest spuds but not mashing so well!

I've been doing this by hand with a small plastic riddle and it's back breaking work so well done you.

There is the slight issue of distance between colwyn bay and romsey!!

Only took a few evenings to put together but does depend on the quality of your scrapbox contents.

Seriously, it's a great idea, fortunately I don't have too much of this work to do but if I did I would certainly be digging (pun intended) around in my bits 'n pieces.

I've got family in North Wales and they are really strange so Romsey is about as near as I'll get. :lol:
