I thought this old planer for £20 + delivery.

Finally got it in the workshop and give it a quick once over both tables move up and down and the cutter block spins nicely.

Any idea who the maker is?

I have an old pump motor which I'm guessing is about 1kw?

So I need to find a pully for the motor and V belt....

Sorry no Idea on the maker. Does look like they are grease filled bearings so its an old machine. Does it have a fence? Pretty hard to joint edges without a fence. That said it has potential. I used an old 50tes combo saw/planer for many years.
1 Kw will be plenty power but it would be an idea to check what speed the motor runs at then work out the pulley size required. A 3 blade cutter should turn at about 4 to 5 thousand rpm and slightly more for a 2 blade. There are pulley rpm calculators on line.

I've read in an old German manual, that 1 hp per every 100 mm of blade length is recommended.
The motor would need to run at ~3000 rpm.
A slower, 1500 rpm motor would need a ~10" diameter pulley and the arc of contact on the smaller pulley would be insufficient.
It'd probably have a pretty high starting current also.

Nice find! Ive seen little benchtop ones like that go for over 100 quid.
A quick google for 'vintage bench top planer ' showed a number of hits, so youd need to go through photos looking gor a match. Does it have the fence??
