my old bike -if theres any bike guys on here- its a bandit 600 with a 748 oil cooled short stoke engine in it- a hand made forward facing custom exhaust in s/steel- it was slightly loud...but legal  if i was in a naughty mood i would blip the throttle when next to a parked car or power rangers bike and it would set the alarm of if i got it right

the key fob (which you can just see if you squint) was a piece of cocobolo- so it is relevant honest

REgards Boysie.

Hendrix

Now I know why we get on. Any man who likes Jimmy has taste.

Shame you couldn't be bothered to clean your bike before you took a picture of it.

I also have a stool that I use, a bar stool type. As I am also 61 5" there are times when just standing becomes a pain. I also have a couple of years on you George unfortunately

Yaaaaaaay! Jimmy!

I seem to remember a few critical remarks about the Poolwood lathes
(somethin about the headstock casting fracturing?) Did you have any problems with it?

You fell from a similar tree as me George ...

been a biker all my life, ( had the big bro' Bandit 1200 for a while).. now run an XJR1300, my second one of those... thinking about a Tuono for a chnage back to a big V twin, had various stuff over the years, V-max, old GT850, A CX500 Maggot, A virago 1100 for a while ( sorry !! :D ), etc etc ... started out on an old matchless 350 single as a first 'big bike'.. having served my time on the usual 'Fizzie and then 250 Superdream, built my 'reputation'(such as it is :p :p :p ) on an LC350 Stroker, and still wearing the same manky cut-down levi over my leathers as I was 20 year ago :p :p :p
Biking has been my life really. - that plus the music... still hamering out Foxy Lady on an old black strat, and believing that one day I'll be as good as Stevie Ray Vaughan ... so Jimi putting in an appearance speaks to me :p :p :p :p

Good to see your piccies.
